Brass waste recycling line and production of copper and zinc oxide ingots
Brass alloy is obtained from a combination of copper and zinc metal with a maximum amount of 40% zinc, all of which are strategic and valuable. Therefore, brass alloy wastes are also of great value for recycling.
One of the methods of recycling rice waste is to recycle metal copper ingots and zinc oxide (ZnO) from it. In this method, by increasing the oven temperature to more than 1200 degrees Celsius, the waste rice is melted and the zinc in it evaporates due to boiling and is cooled by suction to fabric filters and converted to high grade zinc oxide.
The remaining copper in the furnace is molten and after casting and molding is converted into copper ingots and used for consumption in various industries.
