What is a Dust Cyclone?
Dust cyclone is one of the most important and efficient devices for purifying and separating dust and airborne particles, which separates dust particles from the air by creating a centrifuge. Lack of air purifiers in factories will make it impossible to continue work due to environmental pollution and will cause product wastage as well as environmental pollution.
Despite their low cost, dust trap cyclones are very efficient in separating dust and pollutant particles from the environment and sometimes remove more than 98% of pollutants from the air.
Cyclones are sometimes installed individually and in most cases as filter aids, before the bag filters to separate a large amount of dust from the air and reduce the working pressure of the filter bag. This method increases the efficiency of the bag filter and reduces its depreciation.

As the particle mesh increases and the flow rate increases, the diameter of the cyclone should increase and the standard angle of the cyclone hopper should be at least 60 degrees
