The resistance and number of networks changes according to their application. The diameter of the basket has a direct relationship with the length of the basket and the density of the material, so that with the increase in the length of the basket, a thicker basket is used.

The absence of a basket in the filter bag can significantly reduce the efficiency of the dust collection system due to poor stability and increased depreciation. Also, the life of the bags will decrease.

Venturi bag filter

Venturi is a funnel-shaped tube that is produced by pressing and turning aluminum sheets with pressure and tension. This pipe is placed on top of the bag filter basket, which at the moment of pulse, if the pressure of the collector load decreases, it increases the pressure and also by preventing the air pressure inside the basket from escaping, it causes the maximum operation of the basket and bag filter bag.

The filter bag is a woven or non-woven cloth bag made of different materials (polyester, polyethylene, polyacrylonitrile, fiberglass, nylon, acrylic, nomex, etc.) that is stretched over the filter bag basket. On these bags, in order to protect against wear by suspended particles, prevent the bag from rotting, increase the life of fabrics, reduce the adhesion of particles to the bag and improve the performance of the device, a layer of resin is stretched, which is called calendered.

Bag filter bags with different lengths from 1 meter to 6 meters are used in large factories (steel, petrochemical, cement).

The particles attached to the bag filter bags are thrown into the lower chamber by the output pulses from the collector and collected. It is essential to balance the pressure of the load inside the collectors with the length of the bag filter bags, so that if the length of the fabric is long, the pressure of the load as well as the output size of the solenoid valve must be increased so that the pulses have enough power to completely separate the particles stuck to the bags. If the pressure and length of the bag are not coordinated, there will be problems for the device, for example, if the length of the bag is short and the load pressure is high, the bag filter bags will wear out quickly, and if the length of the bag is long and the load pressure is low, particles will stick. It is not completely emptied into the bags.

Bag filter bags are produced in different weights and densities, as the density of the bag increases, the bag will have the ability to filter finer dust particles. Of course, this point should be considered that with the increase in the density of the bags, the suction pressure will drop, so if the density of the fabrics increases, a suction fan with a higher working pressure should be used.

Bag filter bags are produced and offered in different diameters, among which, bag filter bags with a diameter between 15 and 16 cm have the highest use in the bag filter bag manufacturing industry. The cross-sectional area of the filter bag increases with the increase in diameter, which results in the absorption of more dust particles. By changing the diameter of the bags, the constituent parts, including (plumbing and solenoid valves) must be changed.
